At Susan Shaw, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Jewelry

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely and attach the printed shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
